The directory [IP,SYS] contains source code (generally MACRO files) gotten
from LLL-MFE, where the TOPS-10 IP/TCP implementation resides.

Files named .MAC are current versions.  Older versions are sometimes named
.MAn or .Mnn where "n" is a number, but these are eventually deleted.  Note
that IMPSER.MAC and NETDEF.MAC at LLL-MFE and in [IP,SYS] correspond to
IMPMAC.MAC and NETMAC.MAC in [S,SYS].

To bring over new versions of the source files, FTP them from the directory
[10,500,LOCAL] at LLL-MFE, and use SRCCOM to compare them with the existing
ones on [IP,SYS].  Make the corresponding changes in our sources on [S,SYS],
and then install the new files on [IP,SYS].
